24 km Challenge
Our 24km route is perfect for families or anyone looking for an introduction to adventure racing.
Enjoy a scenic 4km run around the grounds of Russborough House before you jump on our bike for a 12km cycle to Valleymount where you will take to the water in a double kayak for 500m and back on your bike for 7.5km to the finish back at Russborough.
Participants under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times on the course.

38KM Dual/ 39KM AdvENTURE
Looking for a challenge - our 38KM dual course and 39km Adventure Course offer a challenge with amazing views, The course Starts with a run around the grounds to the front of Russborough House to warm you up, you then jump on your bike for 12.5km before you come to the forest run which will test your muscles as you run a 5.5km lap of Lugnagun before jumping back on the bikes for 10km to Valleymount where you will jump into a double kayak for a 1km paddle. Its then back on the bikes for the final 7.5km stretch back to the finish at Russborough House.
Participants on the 38km course should not stop at Valleymount - they will continue onto Russborough House..
Familiarise your self with the courses, main junctions will be signed and all transitions marshalled - after that you must navigate your way to the finish - it is an adventure!

66KM ExpERIENCE
Our biggest challenge yet!!
The course Starts with a 4.5km run around the grounds of Russborough House to warm you up, you then jump on your bike for 30km before you come to the forest run which will test your muscles as you run a 9.5km lap of Lugnagun before jumping back on the bikes for 10km to Valleymount where you will jump into a double kayak for a 2km paddle. Its then back on the bikes for the final 10km stretch back to the finish at Russborough House.
Familiarise your self with the courses, main junctions will be signed and all transitions marshalled - after that you must navigate your way to the finish - it is an adventure!
